The residential building in Mönsterås. The main structure consists double walls, sandwich walls and formslabs. Apart of these, other precast elements were used: insulated walls, massive slabs, columns and beams.

Our scope of design was to design entire precast concrete structure, including stabilisation of the building and coordination between different branches. All electrical ducts, recessess for water/sewage pipes and HVAC devices were included.

Budynek mieszkalny w mieście Mönsterås w Szwecji. Główna konstrukcja nośna ze ścian podwójnych, ścian typu “sandwich” oraz stropów typu “filgran”. Oprócz powyższych zaprojektowano elementy prefabrykowane: ściany izolowane, płyty pełne, słupy oraz belki.

W zakresie opracowania było zaprojektowanie całej prefabrykowanej konstrukcji nośnej budynku, włączając stabilizację oraz koordynację międzybranżową. W projektach uwzględniono instalacje elektryczne oraz wszelkie przepusty pod instalacje sanitarne i urządzenia HVAC.
