The Alfix project is being built at the address H.C. Ørsteds Vej 9, and consists of the construction of a new warehouse for storing products and for loading trucks for further distribution. Between the new warehouse and the existing building at the address H.C Ørsteds vej 5, an intermediate building will be built to connect the new warehouse with the existing warehouse. The intermediate building is designed as an office, changing facilities and a technical room.

Our scope of design were solid walls and sandwich elements. All electrical ducts, recesses for water/sewage pipes and HVAC devices were included.

Projekt Alfix powstaje pod adresem H.C. Ørsteds Vej 9 i skałada się z nowego magazynu do składowania produktów oraz załadunku samochodów ciężarowych do dalszej dystrybucji. Pomiędzy nowym magazynem a istniejącym budynkiem pod adresem H.C Ørsteds vej 5 powstanie budynek pośredni łączący nowy magazyn z istniejącym magazynem. Budynek pośredni zaprojektowano jako biuro, przebieralnie i pomieszczenie techniczne.

W zakresie opracowania było zaprojektowanie ścian masywnych oraz ścian warstwowych, a także dostarczenie dokumentacji warsztatowej. W projektach uwzględniono instalacje elektryczne oraz wszelkie przepusty pod instalacje sanitarne i urządzenia HVAC.
