The residential building in Jönkoping. The main structure consists massive prefab walls and hollowcore slabs. Apart of these, other precast elements were used: Sandwich walls, insulated walls, massive slabs, columns and beams.

Our scope of design was to design entire precast concrete structure, including stabilisation of the building and coordination between different branches. All electrical ducts, recessess for water/sewage pipes and HVAC devices were included.

Budynek mieszkalny w mieście Jönkoping. Główna konstrukcja nośna ze ścian masywnych oraz stropów kanałowych. Oprócz powyższych zaprojektowano elementy prefabrykowane: ściany typu “sandwich”, ściany izolowane, płyty pełne, słupy oraz belki.

W zakresie opracowania było zaprojektowanie całej prefabrykowanej konstrukcji nośnej budynku, włączając stabilizację oraz koordynację międzybranżową. W projektach uwzględniono instalacje elektryczne oraz wszelkie przepusty pod instalacje sanitarne i urządzenia HVAC.
