Tallbohovshöjden, Sweden – project description
Three residential buildings in Stockholm. The main structure consists columns, beams, solid walls, sandwich walls and formslabs. Besides, other precast elements were used: insulated walls and balconies.
Our scope of design was to design entire precast concrete structure, including stabilisation of the building and coordination between different branches. All electrical ducts, recessess for water/sewage pipes and HVAC devices were included.
Tallbohovshöjden, Sweden – opis projektu
Kompleks trzech budynków mieszkalnych w Sztokholmie, w Szwecji. Na główną konstrukcję nośną składają się słupy, belki, ściany pełne, ścian typu „sandwich” oraz stropy typu filigran. Ponadto zaprojektowano elementy prefabrykowane: ściany izolowane oraz balkony.
W zakresie opracowania było zaprojektowanie całej prefabrykowanej konstrukcji nośnej budynku, włączając stabilizację oraz koordynację międzybranżową. W projektach uwzględniono instalacje elektryczne oraz wszelkie przepusty pod instalacje sanitarne i urządzenia HVAC.
