The residential building in Romford, England. The main structure consists of  sandwich walls, solid walls and hollowcore plates. There are 9 storeys above the ground floor and the super structure are predominantly constructed in pre-cast concrete supported on transfer slabs at first floor levels. A portion of the ground floor is provided with car/cycle parking.

Our scope of design was engineering works, 3D modelling and detailing of all precast elements and structural steel: walls, HC slabs, balconies, solid plates and stairs. All electrical ducts, recessess for water/sewage pipes and HVAC devices were included.

Budynek mieszkalny w Romford, w Anglii. Główna konstrukcja składa się ze ścian zewnętrznych trójwarstwowych, ścian wewnętrznych pełnych oraz stropu z płyt kanałowych. Budynek jest 9-cio kondygnacyjny, w przewyższającej części prefabrykowany. Na parterze znajduje się parking podziemny dla samochodów osobowych oraz rowerów.

W zakresie opracowania było zaprojektowanie całej części prefabrykowanej, model 3D budynku oraz projekt warsztatowy wszystkich typów ścian, stropów, balkonów, płyt pełnych oraz schodów. W projekcie uwzględniono instalacje elektryczne oraz wszelkie przepusty pod instalacje sanitarne i urządzenia HVAC.
